Return Policy
In the unlikely event that your order from The Home Again Workshop is inaccurate or has a defect, we will promptly replace the item to correct the issue.
All items from The Home Again Workshop are made from solid wood and Hardwood Plys, and sometimes showcase a distressed and reclaimed look. Our finishes are put on by hand and can range in tone based on the wood used
It's important to note that many characteristics of handmade furniture are not considered defects. Please refer to the FAQ page for further details.
The Home Again Workshop is committed to addressing any issues with items damaged during transit. If damage occurs, it must be properly noted upon delivery per our instructions, and we will either fix or replace the damaged items.
Due to the substantial costs associated with packaging and freight charges, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate returns or offer refunds on shipped orders due to buyer's remorse.

Delivery Info
Please ensure you thoroughly inspect your furniture upon delivery and acknowledge receipt by signing the delivery slip. The delivery slip is a legally binding document. It is your responsibility to carefully examine the received furniture for any damage before providing your signature to confirm receipt of the package(s).

In the rare event that your furniture arrives damaged, please do not refuse delivery. Instead, document any observed damage on the delivery slip before formally acknowledging receipt. The Home Again Workshop is committed to addressing issues caused by third-party shipping companies. We will rectify the situation by fixing or replacing the damaged item at no additional cost to you, facilitated through the initiation of a claim with the shipping company. Please note that such remedial measures can only be undertaken if the damage is properly documented on the delivery slip before acknowledgment.

Upon the formal acknowledgment by signature on the delivery slip, The Home Again Workshop relinquishes responsibility for any damage identified subsequent to delivery. Hence, a comprehensive inspection of your furniture upon receipt is crucial to ensure a standard and smooth resolution process.
